For years, I did everything “right.”

I followed the plans, counted the macros, hired the personal trainer and pushed harder. Yet I still felt tired, bloated, and couldn’t make any progress. Every doctor told me the same thing: “Your labs are normal.”

But normal didn’t feel normal.

After countless appointments and no answers, I decided to dig deeper. I learned how hormones actually function, how nutrition, stress, and sleep truly affect them, and how to create a lifestyle that supports balance instead of burnout.

Balance isn’t about perfection.

It’s about understanding your body well enough to lead it with confidence.

I’m not living a life of leisure with endless time to work out and stay in shape. I’m a wife to an amazing man with a very demanding job, mom to four adult kiddos & one very active teenager, a Gigi to two, and I serve on the board of a growing nonprofit...all while running my business. My life is full... just like the women I work with.

There was a season where I was doing everything “right” and still felt exhausted, frustrated, and disconnected from my body. I know what it’s like to be told everything looks normal when nothing feels right.

That experience is why I coach the way I do.
