How do I get started?

Start by filling out the Hormone Evaluation. This gives us an idea of what you’re struggling with and if our program is a good fit for you. If it is, we will have a discovery call to meet and discuss the process!

How long does coaching last?

Most women start with 4–6 months, depending on their goals and hormone needs. We can always keep the program going longer!

Do I have to track my food?

You’ll learn flexible tracking methods that build awareness - not obsession. We will think about food in a mindful way rather than thinking of it as a restrictive chore.

Can I work with you if I’m in perimenopause or postmenopause?

Yes. My approach is built for women navigating hormonal shifts at every stage of life. While I specialize in working with women over 40, I can also work with women who are younger as well.
